Peninnah T. Kasule is a practicing Chartered Secretary and an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda.

She is currently the Managing Partner of REGUFIX Advisory (a legal and governance advisory firm), after having served as Company Secretary/ Head of Legal Services of Centenary Rural Development Group Ltd and of its subsidiary Centenary Bank for over 19 years.

Over the span of her career, she has been exposed and built strong experience in a broad spectrum of financial services, drafting and negotiation of commercial, financial, and construction contracts. She has provided Leadership and promoted good corporate governance.

Peninnah is the present Chairman on the Board of Trustees of Send-A-Cow Uganda [ a social development and enterprise]. She has also currently serves as a Director on the Boards of Directors of Kenya Reinsurance Corporation (U) SMC Ltd and Pride Microfinance.
