Brian B. Mukalazi brings over 12 years of broad hands-on experience in leadership, financial management, taxation and business advisory.

As Chairman & CEO, Brian is integrally involved in the management, strategy and capitalization of TALIS Consults. He leads the Board of Directors and helps to develop strategy and execution for the Firm.

Prior to co-founding TALIS, Brian led, advised and consulted with major players across different sectors, including Non-profit Organizations, SMEs and Public entities.

He is currently the Country Director for Every Child Ministries Uganda, an International Christian NGO headquartered in the United States. He is also the Director of Audit & Assurance Services at Springs & Tugye Associates LLP CPAs.

Brian serves on a variety of corporate boards, including as Board Chairman of Intercontinental Insurance Brokers. He is also a writer/columnist with the Daily Monitor and Sunrise Newspapers.

He is a chartered accountant, with an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce (accounting) degree from Makerere University.
