Abdul Mubiru brings over 16 years’ experience in management, accounting, finance and tax. He is an astute person with a good background in financial management & administration & talent for business planning & forecast developed through experience in both public and private entities.

He currently serves as a part of the Management team of National Forestry Authority. He is also a Partner at Springs & Tugye Associates LLP CPAs.

He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) and holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree (Accounting & Finance) from Makerere University.
